This candidate has proven experience in production management (fresh/ frozen) in a plant/ factory environment, including production/maintenance planning/ QCDSM targets; WIP; procurement (raw materials/ consumables); finance (budgets; recons); stock management; external benchmarking; administration; reporting. Proactive in efficiency control, yields/waste management as well as staff training on continuous improvement methodologies/best practices whilst diligently ensuring compliance to BCEA/OHSA and adherence to HACCP/ GMP’s in line with company quality, health and safety policies and procedures. Timely address all customer complaints whilst maintaining professional liaison with Unions and all stakeholders.
